Morning All!
It's Monday - 2021 Week 49
Yesterday: BUSY. Church in the morning, all done on Zoom this week. I've been feeling I needed a Sunday morning in for a while and this was a good week for it as we had Homegroup - seven of them - coming for Lunch which was fab. Shattered by the end, long past my usual having a sleep time.
Today: J college. L church. Me leading 10am then quiet day. Would like to polish off the DW blog episode I started last week but the body is going NO big time after yesterdy.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

From years of working in a Newsagent I am aware of what Forum was in the magazine trade.
Shockprowl describing himself as a "Forum Exclusive" thus puts Very Bad Images into my head and sends shivers down my spine.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday
Yesterday: I think Monday ticked over OK for me. Contemplative Prayer in the morning gave me what to do when I'm leading the morning PM on Weds. Nice quiet house so got a couple of things done. Still very tired and little energy but to be expected after pushing myself Sunday. Falling backwards onto the arm of my chair hasn't helped!
Today: L doing something fun with one of her home ed groups and an individual teaching session in the afternoon which will finish her for the year. J penultimate college day of the year. Shopping due 9-10.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Morning All!
It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Ever so slighly sub par all day, but much worse post sleep. Struggled to get out of bed. Moved and Transferred Badly all evening and head wasn't functioning clearly. There's some odd stuff going on with getting my drugs that's been running in the background eating head spoons. Sunday tired me out and hit some odd buttons. And I'm always physically poor at this time of year.
Today: Leading 8am. J ARC. All of us out to lunch with my friend Matt, which will probably be last meal out this year. Homegroup tonight. So that probably means in bed this morning and afternoon resting.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Work team Chrimbo do tomorrow afternoon. I was very keen to attend (especially as I only know folk remotely and a private room was booked in restaurant so felt safe enough) but too risky with Omicron about and still within 14 days of Booster so had to shy off. Can't risk having to isolate and missing seeing family during the festive season. Gutting at missing the event tomorrow though.
However, as I work for a good employer I had the option of instead finishing 2 hours early or banking 2 hours TOIL. Went for the latter. Will come in handy one Friday.

Work xmas do was meant to be Saturday, binned off til February.
Have a friend who is away to work and live in Bermuda for a few years, we have been trying to arrange a get together, but that looks off the cards.

Morning All!
It's Thursday!
Yesterday: Oh My Goodness. Led prayer meeting at 8am and by the time I was done I knew I was in difficulty and needed to get back to bed. Unfortunately that took a while but I still got an hour's sleep before I needed to get up and go out for lunch. That was a struggle as tummy wasn't happy and unfortunately J had a minor ASD metldown at the end of the meal over the tip, which indicates that he's not running at quite 100% either. Came home and slept all afternoon. Meanwhile Liz is running around all over the place. Everyone cream crackered by the end of the day but Homegroup were too so we came on Zoom, prayed together and called it a night early.
I haven't felt quite this bad in the Christmas run up for some years so I'm looking at the next week and thinking what can I cut to make things easier. How I managed when I was still working I don't know!
On This Particular Thursday: J last day at college. L shopping for her Mum then invigilating online. Extra bit of Zoom tech for me in the middle of the day.

This Is Saturday - Wear A Smile!
(Oddly I caught a 70s pop program on c5 last night featuring Chris Tarrant and narrated by Sally James!)
Yesterday: A fight from start to finish. Within a few mintes of getting up I wanted to go back to bed and not because I'd heard the score from Adelaide. Unfortunately yesterday was December payday which means I'm into the next year's January in my accounting and that triggers a number of things which soaked up my morning..... including paying the road tax for hopefully the last time, which turned into a trial cos the reminder had gone awol and the log book was nowhere to be found. Trouble getting off last night - awake till 1:30 ish. Woke at 6, but got back off till c9.
Today: Please please be quiet cos the body is going NO. L & J haircuts this morning. All being well should have new Tumble Drier arriving. Zooming Mum this afternoon, TMUK Zoom tonight, need to do some prep for tomorrow and decide if I'm going in or will project from home into the building.
