Morning All!
It's Saturday!
Yesterday: A struggle. I got back into bed for a brief while in the morning with the aim of going out for lunch with L & J... but when I got up I knew I was in trouble and instead of going out for lunch I was in the bathroom or back in bed. Not had my tummy go wrong like that for nearly two years, I'm assuming it was something I ate. Wiped me out for the rest of the day, v weak and wobbly.
Odd night, mad dream about being lost and walking miles and miles to get to the station and then being stuck on a train whose franchise changed en route.
Today: Very little planned, zooming Mum and some but not all the TMUK Zoom tonight. I'm already unsure about going in tomorrow.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray the tummy improves. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Oh, I know they will. I just think it's a bit suicidal to walk into a small enclosed place when infections are 100-200,000 a day. My wife is high-risk so I fear catching it and passing it on. She was lucky the first time with Covid. Don't want to push my luck. Re-arranged appt for 3 weeks time when things have hopefully calmed down a tad. -Ralph Earlier this week, I walked into a coffee shop where no one behind the counter was wearing a mask. I have always wanted to know what it felt like to be Yul Bruner in a western and have everyone stare at you as you walk into a saloon. I didn’t pick up a fuss, I didn’t say anything, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I work in a coffee shop myself so the idea of drink and food handlers and prepares not masking while handling food isn’t just arrogant or foolish, it’s potentially dangerous. I also know from experience that if positions were reversed and I asked someone to wear a mask… they won’t take it as politely.

Mood remains very low of late. No idea why. Nothing bad has happened.

Very easy to happen at this time of year anyway, plus the Covid situation, plus the Government being t!t$

Phil's right, January is known for being difficult, plus you're working long hours in a routine that isn't giving you much of a break. That will take its toll. You've also been through a year of big changes and are now settling into a regular rhythm, which inevitably brings a sense of 'what next?' that can leave you a bit lost.

Anyone else want to just draw a line under January and skip to February?

How about March?
End of Jan into Feb are, in quick succession, some notable not pleasant anniversaries for me from my first year at University and this year they're all 30 year ones.

Morning All!
It's Sunday! Praise The Lord!
Yesterday: Quiet, what I needed. Was feeling better, but not there yet, but that's been a bit undone by not getting off till 3am.
Today: Church, but doing at home on Zoom.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.
