Morning All!
It's SATURDAY!
Yesterday: Slightly odd day: not enough spoons and I'm not sure why. Face was hurting a bit, which never helps my head, it was transition day with Liz coming home and maybe Jonathan being grumpy on Thursday had used more head than I thought. A shame cos I'd slept well and it was a nice bright day early on.
Decent evening withn Liz but awake till 2am again :-(
Today: Out for a curry lunch with Martin. Zooming Mum. TMUK zoom tonight but an early finish for me as I need to be up and match fit Sunday am.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep OK tonight and am OK for tomorrow. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Train out delayed by animals on the line. Train back delayed by trespassers on the railway. Have animals and people not got anywhere else to go on a Saturday than railway lines?
Edit: On the plus side, I got back to Cardiff and secured a taxi before the final whistle on the rugby. Never mind the score, that's what I call a result.

AWOL from the zoom only because I was asleep. Six weeks into a seven week half term taking its toll, plus a few hours in the garden this afternoon because the sun was out.

It's SUNDAY - Praise The Lord!
Yesterday: Small lie in, nice trip out for lunch albeit one where I was struggling a bit physically. Things got a bit worse as day went on.
Decent night's sleep, awake a bit early, tummy a bit wobbly.
Today: Church, nowt else
