Wave 1 may come down as soon as late November, which would put wave 2 as sooner rather than later.

I thought that, but I'm slightly worried that will be an excuse to stop there. But then I cling to the rumour there was/is a Swoop in the works.

Swoop was a bigger role in the Movie, at least. If you were just going by Movie prominence, the Sludge would be after Swoop, because Sludge has no speaking lines even.

I'm confident that Swoop will happen, less so for Snarl.

Yes I agree, Swoop must be out there somewhere.


Snarl is popular here too, because of his nostril lasers, the way his bum hangs over the edge of the cliff that time, and the way he dangles when being lifted up into the Space Bridge. All household Favourite Moments.

That and the immortal "We Dino-might them to pieces!".



They must do Snarl.



Maybe it'll be in a different line though, as someone suggest somewhere.

While I'll admit they did a better job than most (almost exclusively because of the combiners, though), it's not like the last team lived up to their decree.

In TR, they started a ton of groups, while completing none.

(I am counting unique decoes only. If a japanese deco is same as us, only counts once)
Headmasters: 9 out of 23 (counting Sideways and Overload). Added 4 (scorp, bz, and horrorcons) in "WfC". So 13/23 total.

Instead of working on the headmasters in a line devoted to Headmasters, they then started the Targetmasters: 9 out of 19, then added 3 (plus 5 do-overs) in "WfC" and SS86. So 12/19 total.

Powermasters: 5 out of 12, picking up 1 more in WfC. So 6/12.

Then they didn't even come close to even completing the basic set of cassettes.
4 out of 10 insecticons, with Botcon providing a fifth.
They never came close to completing their botched false Pretenders.
They just barely completed the Primemasters, a concept they created for that exact line! They basically through the last ones out in a couple desperate hail marys.

Yes, I can't help but feel now that that line (PottoP) was created whilst Warden was busy eyeing up other projects, or some other internal company thing was distracting them...
