Looking back, I think TR was the sweet spot between them being toys with play features while also being designed to keep collectors happy. Since then, play features have dropped away with more of a focus of them being robot action figures like Marvel Legends, etc and aimed squarely at collectors. -Rqlph Yeah, the entire Prime Wars trilogy is was a good, good time. Being "exactly like G1" wasn't as big with the toy designers then as it is now, although there were plenty of fans moaning that certain items weren't close enough. Siege marks the point where the robot has to look *EXACTLY* like G1. Why TR and not POTP that follows it? |

Whereas a proper G2 Megatron, with the proper sloped G2 chest, would really hit the spot for me. Green first, then purple, but I'd take it in G1 and all the other colours versions of the G2 toys have had. Armada might be nice, but the last Armada update was a disaster and whatever they do it will be nowhere near as good as the original Armada toy. |

No it wasn't. It was an off-brand Abrams tank. Specifically, it was almost the same tank as he turned into in G2, only with a G1 robot.  It's exactly what you asked for. |

No it wasn't. It was an off-brand Abrams tank. Specifically, it was almost the same tank as he turned into in G2, only with a G1 robot. It's exactly what you asked for. |
