Morning All!
It's SATURDAY!
Yesterday: Fab day, went and saw the sea, lovely fish & chips for dinner and a quiet evening in watching a film with Liz. J doing fine with his aunt.
Today: Not sure, see what the weather's doing. <looks outside> Wet so not much.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Had made a lot of progress in the last month to get out and about and not hide at home after mostly self-isolating the last 2 years. Had even been back to the cinema and (larger) pubs. Back in hibernation: the sudden high rise in covid case has frightened the shit out of me.

It's SUNDAY
Yesterday: decent day, went out for breakfast and went to see the sea. Rested mainly, lovely and quiet. Head not so great in evening, transition stress about going home today?
Today: Home time :-( But we'll be back

Annoying news: a 50-house estate will be built nearby, which means my nice view of the hills from my home office (especially calming when working) will be blocked. Hopefully doesn't increase noise, as living somewhere so quiet does wonders for my mental health.

Had a bit of a wobble yesterday, as I had set off early to go to the cinema and a coffee shop to read, but got too scared by the latest covid news so ended up walking in circles for 14 miles other than 10 mins sitting down outside a McDonalds. My head has gone in reverse this week.
