You planning on cuddling one of yours too?
How do modern Transformers hold up to Cuddle Fatigue?

Override is apparently repacked with Hot Rod, 2 Hot Rods to 1 Override. The leader puzzles me now Powered Convoy has been done in Shattered Glass... Any other suggestions? Been thinking about Velocitron..... If Override is being repacked in w2 then it would seem logical that new mould Cosmos will also be repacked plus possibly the similarly one per case Clampdown? Not sure who the other deluxe/deluxes will be. PLENTY of options there. Would there be a good one for Crosswise/Autovolt? Will not be surprised if the repaint of whatever Hot Shot they've got planned for Legacy 2023 ends up here. I have wondered if a wave 3 might be G2 Stunticons..... Leader options from WFC onwards: Siege Ultra Magnus
Shockwave
Galaxy Convoy
Astrotrain
Optimus Prime
Doubledealer
BW Megatron
Kingdom Ultra Magnus
Galvatron
Laser Optimus Prime
Blitzwing
Dragon Megatron Running down the vehicle options I'd like to do an Ultra Magnus but I think we're out of redeco options.
Earthrise Op has been done to death
Doubledealer - not terribly fast or even Tangentially racing related. Ditto Blitzwing
Laser Op done in w1 I don't think it'll be a beast. I reckon it will be the red & black Galaxy Force Optimus redeco

That would certainly be the least interesting option. So that most certainly what they’re most likely to do.

Well. TFN's going to be a lot more expensive than I was expecting. We'll be taking an Override/Nitro Convoy and a Cosmos at least. I do want a Blurr, too, but I'll hope for a discount on that one later...

I hope I can et a Cosmos and a Road Rocket, I'll need to see the others before I get too carried away.
Override has always looked better in theory than execution and the new toy isn't disabusing me of this notion yet.

So, Crasher. What will she be?
There are five possibilities on what she will be. 1) New Mold 2) Kingdom Mirage repaint 3) Legacy Dragstrip repaint or retool 4) Legacy Elita repaint or retool 5) PotP Jazz repaint.
I think a new mold is unlikely, but hey. More unexpected things have happened, lately.
Mirage repaint would exclusively be some weird loyalty to the concept of all former repaints must be replicated. Fracture was great for what she was, but Kingdom Mirage would be a terrible base. Looks nothing like Crasher, looks nothing like Classics Mirage.
Dragstrip has few options, but he both looks more like Crasher, and vibes Classics Mirage more than Kingdom Mirage does. I actually think this is really likely.
Elita I think is also a strong possibility. She looks easy to "reshell" if they want to put effort into it.
Then there's Jazz. He's the same car as she, and very similar robot modes.
I guess out of all of these, which one they choose will show how strongly Hasbro feels about gobots.

POINT OF ORDER. RID was *2001*. Car Robots was *2000*. -Ralph I don't understand your point of order. There is no "Robots in Disguise 2000", the point of order has been raised on an issue of factual inaccuracy and I would concur with my learned colleague. I would also wish to observe that neither Scourge nor Road Rocket have any association with Universe, and therefore would add that the boxes are inaccurate on that count as well. I do like that Road Rocket, I can see me being tempted by that. And I am liking that Scourge a lot more now that we have seen the deco and it isn't just a straight copy of the Black Convoy scheme. I'm not feeling the Cosmos though. The proportions of the flying saucer mode look weird. It feels like it is too tall in the "tower" and doesn't have enough "skirt" to balance it out. Just not a fan of the aesthetic. I'll probably end up not getting many of these though, on grounds of not having enough space to be adding new robots without a lot of consideration. Karl

It's not Universe as in the toyline, it's how Hasbro spell 'continuity'.

I mean, multiverses are very popular right now, so I can see how they would've gone with "universe" as a term to use here...

I'll be honest, given that Transformers do tend to reboot into new 'universes' every few years, I am amazed this hasn't happened sooner.

It did. The multiverse is the core concept behind Universe 1, Universe 2, Titanium, Generations 1, Generations 1.5, Reveal the Shield, and most specifically Generations 1.5 "Thrilling 30" subprint.

Multiverses can fuck right off. -Ralph Somewhere in all of the multiverse there is a universe where multiverses don't exist.

Blimey. They actually used the Mirage mold, and didn't try to make it more "feminine" by making it more svelte and curvy. Maybe there's hope for a Strika yet...
But that's nice. Another one I may find myself getting.

Well that's incredibly disappointing.
I am coming to genuinely loathe that mirage mold.
It fails at being Crasher, and it fails at being Fracture.
