I've got bloody fireworks going on outside at 11 at night, damn July the 4th. Of course, it would be the one night where my wife would be working earlier than usual. Not that any of my friends over here are in a celebrating mood where America is concerned. We're going to be watching 'Us' and eating pizza tomorrow, that feels particuarly angry and murdery for right now.
Something fun, we got a small portable gas-grill and grilled some lovely veggie-burgers for dinner.

It's Monday - 2022 Week 27
Yesterday: Good morning at church, busy early afternoon with some book cover reveals. Liz back improving.
Today: Teching 8, Leading 10 and dealing with some more book fun today I expect as the books for those covers hit Amazon.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday
Yesterday: Not so great. Not having got off till 1:30 left me down on sleep. Busy morning as the new book info went up: finally got dates for Jan-April. Then at lunch I started to realise I was struggling a bit with noise, how I functioned and processing. Things reached a peak as I was getting into bed for my sleep and Jonathan asked me to check if his bus pass had updated: it hadn't on the website and he had difficulty with how I asked him to check it. My head couldn't deal with it and the cards fell over very badly. Improved after sleep but very aware I was running on not a lot in the tank. Face was hurting too, which never helps.
Today: Teching 8am, streaming something this morning so bonus fun there. Shopping due in at 9. And not much else for me. Possibly last day of the test.

It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Better for me, body and head. Struggles elsewhere as Liz;s Mum has been hospitalised with panreatitus so L had a rather busy and stressful day.
Today: J ARC & Climbing. L Hospital & Swim for her back, which is improving. Homegroup tonight.

Morning All!
It's Thursday
Yesterday: OK morning, though I really should have listened to my body and gone back to bed. Afternoon wasn't fun: car broke down while L was out and J had to be contacted to make his own way home from where he'd been. Car rescued later in evening and L's Mum improving but head wore as day went on. Not as bad as Monday but I'm definitely feeling a bit thin mentally. Good Home Group.
2am :-(
Today: Woke feeling rubbish like it was raining. This is going to be an as little as possible day.

Yesterday: Listened to my body and spent large parts of the day in bed and felt much better for it. Head wore a bit as I got tired
Today: Not much planned, though I do have a box due. J has a BBQ tonight, L seeing her Mum then her Dad

Severn Tunnel closed this week, but I’m not getting on a replacement bus service between Bristol and Newport in this weather. I’m taking the long way round on the train instead. On Friday I changed at Gloucester. Today I say hello to Cheltenham Spa, just long enough to switch to a train going the other way.
