Had to go to the opticians today.
The walk up was challenging (only about 15 mins or so), I expected the shortness of breath, but the build up of pressure in the head was not welcome. Clearly not ready to go back to work.
Prescription has worsened so £350.00 poorer as a result, with new specs coming within 2 weeks. Could have done without that. Going to have to bin Deathsaurus as hadn't planned on that outlay.

Morning All!
It's Tuesday 15th of November and I appear to have a 16 year old son. Happy Birthday Jonathan!
Yesterday: Strufggled first thing. Alarm didn't go off, I set date wrong. I only woke at 7:30, not too late, but J had also not woken in time and was a tinsy bit stressed. He made college OK only to fnd his lesson was cancelled due to staff illness. Felt slightly sub par all day though made it out for lunch.
Today: L teaching this morning. J at college then out climbing. L's picking him up and we're off out to dinner then from there I'm going to tech a prayer meeting at church. To enable that busy later afternoon I'll be spending most of the day in bed resting.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Morning All!
It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Good Day. A bit mad, expecially later on. Morning resting. Lunch with Liz then Sleep. Up 15:45 to be out the door 16:30 for dinner at 17:00 - very good :-) Then, via a short trip home, off to the GN4S prayer meeting at Gateway which I was projecting at. I took Jonathan with me and he was fab. So much so that when my back spasmed half way through and I had to go for a lie down (which didn't last long cos I quickly got something I had to get up the front and bring) I was able to leave him to take care of the rest of business. We think he had a good birthday, he was going all day and seemed happy with his presents.
Woke early and in a bit of pain down sides. Rain not helping.
Today: Leading 8am. Not much after that till homegroup but I'll be cream crackered after lat night. J ARC then college. L work.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

Not a lot of sleep last night, nothing to do with the head, just couldn't actually fall asleep, had tweaked my back so suspecting that was the underlying cause.
Touch wood not feeling too bad today, back not withstanding.

Morning All!
It's SATURDAY
Yesterday: First half a bit meh. Decent lunch, nice sleep and woke up with a desire to have something to show for the day so I reconfigured the unit the TV is on so I could get my hi-fi speakers in and wired them up. Took forever, fingers not up to wiring speakers or even plugging optical leads in any more. But it did sound FAB when done. L & J enjoyed lights at Longleat but Liz has caught a bit of a cold and lost her voice.
Today: J & I going out for lunch with a friend of mine. Because Liz is now unable to come we'll need to take the bus with me in the chair. Hopefully Zooming Mum if times fall right, if not a quick call in evening pre TMUK Zoom. Prep for Sunday and have a box due.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.
