Temp finally above zero but it's an ice rink out there so no exercise again. My body is feeling it.

Starting the Christmas break with an MOT. For the car, not me. Although I could probably do with one too. After that, making sense of the madness that the last few very busy weeks have left behind.

Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise the Lord
Yesterday: Not a good day. Big physical struggle. Felt a bit better in the evening
Bad night with tummy, didn't like yesterday's beef stew.
Today: Would like to go in to church, having missed the carol service last night, but not sure I'll be up to it. Going to try
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Our turn today on the injured elderly family member: Liz's Mum fell going out to the taxi for church. They suspect she has broken her hip. Taxi driver and L's sister got Brenda back in the house and made her comfortable. They phoned for an ambulance but 7+ hours wait so L and Cath down there with her.

It has been a very stressful weekend. Thankfully, I have work tomorrow to occupy me.
