The old debate: should these be counted as one or two? For original Targetmasters, I'd have said one, as Peacemaker was a Nebulan, not a Transformer (or rather, not Cybertronian) and really just an accessory. Today, they're treated more as an individual - and maybe Cybertronian - character, with interchangeability as a weapon for other figures encouraged, so I've counted them as two individual toys/characters.

i liked that toy. i only bought it because i didn't have a g1 pointblank and was feeling needy, but it worked well. the peacemaker feels like a genuine nebulan rather than the (cool but...) not right other new weapon bots.

I'd always count it as two, since it's two different characters. And if it says "Transformers" on the box, then they are Transformers toys, which is what this counting thread is for.

That's how I play it, anyway. On the odd occasion I actually buy some.
