I've been going to bed earlier. And Ralph has not taken advantage of this fact. (But going to bed earlier is a good thing in my book.) Martin

Phil and Ralph stop competing for the midnight thread-starting at roughly the same moment in the Earth's history. This confirms what I have long suspected. THEY ARE BUT TWO MANIFESTATIONS OF THE SAME COSMIC BEING.

A thought: Would 2023 Week 7 be Year of the Rabbit Week 3? Answer: No. Do your maths again, Phil. Use a spreadsheet this time. Martin

There are always 73s. You just need to look carefully enough

I find that these days. I keep telling myself whenever I see a 73 I should take a photo and keep an album. Stockholm Syndrome I think. I mean, what the fuck is this about? Spoiler

Objectively, 73 comes up far less often than most two-digit numbers. There are only 60 seconds in a minute, only 60 minutes in an hour, no more than 31 days in a month, so it doesn't come up in times or dates. Not since before I was born, at any rate. We never have a Week 73 thread.
You never get to episode 73 in a season of a TV show. Prices in supermarkets never end in the number 73. You never split a restaurant bill 73-27. Dr Evil never holds the world to ransom for 73 million dollars. Phil has no Epic Collection that is numbered Volume 73.

Phil has scarred me. No other numbers matter. I see only 73. Which is a bit of an arse when you're teaching maths.

Phil has no Epic Collection that is numbered Volume 73. The 73rd Epic was X-Factor 1 Genesis & Apocalypse The 73rd Marvel Universe Epic was Thor 17 In Mortal Flesh

Morning All!
It's Wednesday
Yesterday: Morning not great due to being cream crackered. But nice lunch, my Epic arriving and then the TFs I was waiting for gave me a boost and a decent afternoon sleep helped. Got the loo sorted, Thank You Lord, but will need to get the professionals in to look at the outflow pipe.
Today: Leading 8am. Dentist checkup 9am. Hoping to go on to town fron there to building society, bank and to pick up lunch for all of us. J at ARC - L Dropping him then seeing her Dad - then J at college and L has a work visitor. Home group tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.
Have a good day, stay safe & well.

So I don't have Type 2 Diabetes, but told I am prediabetic.
Not the end of the world, but farewell Cherry Coke...sob. Time to tweak the diet, the increase in exercise is already underway so with a good bit of luck I will be able to put the brakes on it.
