Morning All!
It's FRIDAY!!!
Yesterday: Decentish day, busy morning, got lots done, slept like a log in the afternoon as a result. More acidy tummy in the evening which kep me awake for a bit.
Today: Liz is off to the seaside! Shje's going to run Joathan to Asda, then her sister's to do a tech job then she's away. Not sure what I'm up to, need to do prep for Sunday.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Off work today, went for a walk as feeling a bit tender after last nights run as my back is still causing me some discomfort. Took photographs for a thing (nothing rude), a lazy night and tomorrow will be spent tweaking said photos in photoshop.

Morning All!
It's SATURDAY!!!
Yesterday: Decent, nice and quiet, got a fair bit done. Jonathan still a bit off his food which is odd for him. Watched all of Frontier in Space on the 50th
Trouble getting off, can't tell you the time. But HUGE 10:30 lie in this morning, thank you Lord!
Today: J to Grandma to help so really home alone. Peace and Quiet! Zoom Mum this afterrnoohn, TMUK Zoom tonight.

Morning All!
It's Sunday - Praise The Lord!
Yesterday: Decent day, all went well.... until I got into bed at night. Couldn't get off to sleep, then got leg pain, then got cold. Gone 3 before I got off, awake c6:30 this morning in some pain, rather tired and hving difficulty standing.
Today: Liz still away so no car, so we can't get the chair to church. I think I would have hesitated to go in anyway feeling like this but no chair makes it a non starter. Had a ride booked with a friend, they're taking J in. Will do the service on Zoom at home, quite possibly while in bed! Not sure about food, J still not eating right. First episode of the last series of Endeavour tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep better tonight and whatever has skewed my sleep pattern this last week is sorted. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

yesterday was a bit of a journey.
Headed up to Perth early doors, for a 10k with Brown and meet his new baby boy. Trip into town to watch the cup final and a few beers/vodkas.
Then the fun began - due to repair works the coastal network in Fife is not running, so anywhere between Inverkeithing and Dundee it's replacement bus. Had to go to Edinburgh, via Stirling to get back to Dunfermline. Pretty much 3 and a half hours all told - and it was bloody freezing.
Perth is known as the Fair City, but the establishment we were in put that to the lie, very much Barry island levels of beauty.
