Morning All!
It's Monday 2023 Week 47
Yesterday: A struggle, but I think it would have been much worse if I'd pushed myself to go into at church. Stayed home and did the service on Zoom. Rest of the day was quiet, with high pain levels and a head that felt it didn't have many spoons.
Today: Leading 8am and 10am. J college late morning and then out tonight.
Pray Day goes OK, Sinuses, CMT, tummy and Head cope OK. Pray I sleep well tonight, getting off to sleep promptly. Pray we stay protected from the virus.

Been off work for a while myself. Boredom has set in, my brain wants to do things, my body not so much.
Advance Wars on the Switch has been the only thing to keep me sane.

It's Wednesday
Yesterday: A physical slog again, 2 really nasty falls either side of an afternoon sleep which was cut short by a parcel delivery so evening was a bit of a struggle
Today: Out to lunch with a friend from University. Unfortunately Liz is double booked so I won't be able to take the chair in the van which is worrying me a bit. For All Mankind 403 is up today, two days early ahead of the American holiday

Morning All!
It's Thursday
Yesterday: Morning went ok, was fine to go out for lunch but without the chair getting between car & restaurant and back was a struggle. Slept late & briefly in the afternoon and then felt really odd after I woke up which only really abate after a prolonged dip in the tub
Today: L teaching. J not at college, food delivery due and I may need to send him out for shopping. Christmas presents I've ordered also due. Doctor Who's 60th anniversary so it'll be an Unearthly Child at about 5:20 tonight and then the colour Daleks at 7:30. Taskmaster finale.

Look. If you have something in a sandwich it is CLEARLY called a 'sandwich in...'. For instance, a sandwich in ham. It's how I have asked for sandwiches for over 40 years!!! Never had a problem!
I recently had a very nice sandwich in brie, cranberry and spinach. Lovely.
