What? I'm just taking advantage of the play feature.
It was a rather tight fit though.....

Nah. He didn't have his wang sent to him in the post.
I heard a story about a Viking wang ritual on BBC Radio recently. Ask me about it.

Only if it's in the 'Viking Wang Ritual' thread.

I'm glad you asked. So some viking women had a ritual where they got out a box and did loads of incantations. They had a horse phallus in the box and believed by chanting they could make the phallus so strong it could stand up by itself. Then there would be "fun time". I am unclear how these fit in the T-shirt thread. Move them to a History thread if you must, Phil!!!

Yeah but this forum is unique in that you can actually find things in it because they're in a logical place.

We're not in the army. A wee bit of thread drift is fine. It's how natural human conversations work.

Posts moving can be annoying, but I also agree that tidying threads does make them a resource that can be very interesting to look back through.
I suspect the timing of the tidying is probably the issue. If a man hasn't finished with his wang (discussion) then finding it has disappeared must be rather disconcerting.

I have never used the word wang before and I am not sure how I feel now I have. Slightly soiled, maybe.

I never liked the robot mode, nothing about it says 'Wheeljack', but the real thing that bothers me is that the vehicle mode feels so weightless. There's nothing to it. It's almost magical how the robot mode heft just vanishes!
I don't necessarily think it's a bad toy, but where Jazz works (even the robot mode feels like a sleek badass sporty car dude) Wheeljack drops the ball.
And once the toy started to bother me, I started noticing the little things, like how where the alt mode is the point but there's a lot that's slightly off model, and the doors not opening without taking the roof off.
I'll try and hold on and pick up the Bumblebee and see if it makes more sense with the full set/play pattern.

Having stuffed the Bumblebee deep inside Wheeljack's backside I think it's safe to say I am... non-plussed. Bumblebee and Jazz are both great little figures, with actually good robot modes (I think I prefer that Jazz to his SS '86 mold) and interesting and fun cartoon-accurate vehicle modes. Wheeljack... is neither of these things.
BUT they were never going to be able to turn a G1 cartoon robot mode Wheeljack that clearly turns into a Lancia into a van mode that was designed with no thought given at all as to how the conversion was achieved. They tried though, and this is probably the best they could do, so I'm going to give them a pass for effort. Even if it doesn't thrill.

Wheeljack's a bit panel-tastic isn't he? I think this figure is compromised by the need to be able to fit Bumblebee in the back. The whole figure is designed around that and it's weird to have an alt mode that is so hollow. It's pretty sturdy when it's all tabbed together and the vehicle does look good, but the robot is a mini-unicron. All those panels are just folded up on each other. If it didn't need the vacuum you could make a much better robot, although what it does mean is that a Deluxe height robot can make a Voyager size vehicle.

I agree. He's by no means a bad figure, but neither is he a great one. A gimmick no one really wanted, compromising both modes. What's next, a leader class, (large) deluxe sized ratchet who can fit a standing deluxe inside his back, because it was shown one time in a 40 year old cartoon?

Do not encourage Hasbro!
I really do like the vehicle. Wheeljack, Jazz and Bumblebee together do look cool, especially being chased by Siege Starscream. I wonder if that little subline is done now. Only Soundwave and Laserbeak have alt modes that could be done, but Siege Soundwave already does a passable lamppost mode and Laserbeak's proper Cybertron mode is nice, but you wouldn't get him alone.
What would rock is if they went elsewhere for ideas, like Big Red or what I'd really like - a Megatron styled on the design used in the original TV adverts. Even if it was a tank and not a gun.

Aye, they were a nightmare. And they come assembled in the wrong direction for the car and robot modes, which was certainly a choice.

I have managed it now. They just need a bit of a tug. There seems to be a bump on one edge that makes it harder to pull the bit out, but I think provided you pull it straight and don't try to twist it, it would be okay.
