My money is still on Bulletbike.
Or a plastic version of the iconic Wreckers hammer for £300.

Big proper Autobot City or proper Metroplex. Not that I could afford it.

Nah, I'm done with Citybots. A Fort Max or Scorponok at the Deathsaurus scale is about the max that I'm willing to go to.

Trailbreaker lower legs. Lovely diecast chest. I can almost feel it! But bigger! The clue being in the name.

My money is still on Bulletbike. -Ralph That was my first thought, but then realised that it would have to be a re-issue of the original. I just cannot see any way they could improve on it at that meagre price and not have every single fan leave the hobby in disgust at the insulting attempt to the legendary character/toy.

I've been wondering if a Studio Series '86 Megatron might be a shout for Haslab. One that turns into a gun, since it might be the only way to bypass the no-gun-Megatrons-at-retail rule. Probably too small a project for Haslab, though.
I don't think I would want it to be Animated Omega Supreme, not currently anyway. It would have to decide whether to be original toyline aesthetic, which would make it the only figure in that aesthetic that hass been available since, what, the Adventure repaints years ago? Or it would have to be in the current Legacy stylings to fit with their current efforts at Animated Autobots, which seem to be overwhelmingly considered a disappointment.
(Personally I would like them to introduce an Animated line of Studio Series toys on their 20th anniversary, and have a look at Omega then.)
Of the ones in the list, I'd give a shout to Liokaiser, Omega Prime, or Proto-Unicron.

No, it's because the US has such unbelievably strict laws around toy guns... Far far stricter than anything to do with real guns, that any gun megatron in any venue is just unfeasible. Toy guns that no thinking person could mistake for a real one still require painstaking "safety" measures to insure that no one could ever mistake it for a real one (and black children still get shot and killed by police for having obviously fake toy guns). I mean, Shockwave and Sixshot have been flipped upside down and called spaceships, and there's no way to mistake the originals as actual guns. The tiny and obviously fake RTS legion G1 Megatron had to have a bright orange "safety cap" glued on. The same with the comically oversized MP Megatron (which also had to be opened and placed into robot mode before being allowed to be shipped into the states). The original megatron back in G2 would have had to have ridiculous colors, even by G2 standards.
It isn't just a moral issue, as those can change with the teams. And I don't think the current team who has an absolute cartoon accuracy agenda has an issue with doing a gun megatron for that sake. If only to get it out of the way. Any haslab megatron would be forced to comply with whatever US safety rules exist now. Which would fundamentally make it not cartoon accurate. Probably less so than changing his alt mode entirely.

PMOP/God Ginrai- I'd buy in a heartbeat
Star Convoy- I'd buy it, with about the same enthusiasm as Deathsaurus and Victory Saber
Omega Prime/God Fire Convoy- Two Commander Class toys? I'm not sure they'd do that. But yeah, I'm there.
Devastator (or any combiner)- Every individual would have to be a good stand alone figure, because if they copped out like the absolutely dreadful CW Dev and PotP Pred, there's no way I'm waisting my money.
Metroplex- It would have to do something really interesting and different. Not really impressed by G1 or T30 Metroplex, by sheer design. T30 is okay enough, and don't really want an even bigger version.
Prototype Unicron- pass because I've never looked at that and thought I wanted it. As a curiosity piece, would love to have the super 7 re:action version though. That's good enough for me to acknowledge the history of this toy.
Cybertron/Primus- Pass, for the same reasons as i did haslab unicron. Don't have $600 to spend on one toy, and don't have room fir a toy that's bigger than titans (which I hate their size, anyway)
TFA Omega Supreme- extremely unlikely, but I'm in.
Grand Mal- Not gonna happen, but I'm in. But I'd also need him to come with core class versions of the entire cast.

Its not what I would have chosen, but its a design I love and they appear to have fixed the Stability issues that affected the orginals. Plus tweaking the proportions and tidying a lot of the clutter I can get behind. Bluebolt is brilliant.
Id rather have the electronics (still annoyed Unicron doesnt have any) but they really arent something that I had any interest in on the original. If anything I like the removal of the spring loaded missiles, they were fun when used deliberately but annoying the rest of the time.

They could be a little hair trigger and easy to fire accidentally.
Very pleased not to see three tiers and a pair of Micromaster Spychangers on each tier!

You couldn't pay me to even want to buy this. The very definition of pointless. -Ralph The originals are 22 years old, they have age related issues. Even so, loose complete to MISB run between £70-150 each. The Encore reissue got recalled, but before that cost more than this version. The ones still in circulation go for even more. You dont have to like it, but it is a valid alternative so I wouldnt call it pointless.
