Two people have asked to buy the whip for a set price already! Whoop!

They'll need to have a whip-round for it!

Another offer this morning! The bidders are really getting whipped into a frenzy.
Meanwhile, DC versus Marvel is on one watchlist with no bids, most likely being watched by someone thinking of selling theirs.

People also watch an item so that they can easily find it when it comes to the last five minutes of the bid. That way they can put in a bid at the last minute and get it cheaper than what they would have if they took part in a bidding frenzy halfway through the time it was on Ebay.

Why don't they just bookmark the auction page. It's what I do.

My preferred method of bidding is: work out the most I can pay for it, and stick a bid in.
My less preferred method (though thankfully I rarely do this anymore though I used to be very bad for it) is: go on ebay while pished, wake up next morning, check e-mails and find a 'you have bought' message at which point I groan and grimly pay up.
