What's the toy that you consider to be the worst for you to lose considering emotional attachment/rarity/cost etc.?
(Not necessarily your favourite figure).
Wow, a thread started by me that isn't totally nonsensical, must be something to do with turning 30 last Sunday ¬_¬
As I don't have anything particularly old (oldest is a G2 Megatron and combat hero Megs + Prime) this is pretty hard for me to choose.
I do love Nucleon Quest Convoy, but there are a few MOSC BW figures that took me a while to track down back in 2001 ish. Hrmmm...

Ah, welcome to the thirty club, old boy, all down hill form here!
And a very good question/thread it is. I've given it much thought and, at the risk of enraging young Nick:
Centre piece: my Binaltech 'Masterpiece' Prowl- made from Alt Prowl's head, and BT Red Alert's Suberu body. It looks superb! How BT/Alt Prowl should look! Need to add a touch of black paint to really finish it off. And find some rocket launchers one day. But this is the Prowl of Prowls (my Alt/MP/BT collection being my main 'grown-up' collection, you see).
I dare say an up-comming 6" Titanium figure may eclipse even 'MP' Prowl though...
I also love my 3 Fire-cons!

Very good question. That really will take some thinking about for me. Sludge and most of Defensor as my first TF's. Actionmaster Sideswipe got more play than almost all my other TF's. Constructicons for the memories of spending the summer of 91 hunting in every Woolworths we saw while holidaying down south and the excitement of getting back home and being able to add the 2 members we already had. My cousins Jetfire which was like my holy grail growing up. Any of my customs especially AM Thundrcracker. Fractyl and Packrat which was top of my want list for 10 years. What it might end up being is Gears which I was given by a friend at school. It was my first minibot and first pocket sized Tf and because it didnt have any packaging it never got put away so it got played with a lot. Even today it sat on a shelf in my bedroom somewhere. When I broke it I got really upset and Dad had to glue one of the wheels back on, if it got lost or completely destroyed I think i'd be really gutted.

I've got the entire Ark & Nemesis crews lined up along a shelf, class-photo style. Who's right in the middle? eHobby Huffer. I guess that's that decided.
My original Optimus Prime is still the one I'd grab first if the house was on fire. More sentimental value than you can shake a stick at.

Collection centrepiece is probably my MIB Road Caesar, Leozack, Drillhorn, BumbleBee or (Japanese) Overkill.

Toy-wise, I would say what's left of my original Metroplex, as it was the only TF toy to survive my teenage years clear-out of old TF toys. If I still had it, it would be surpassed by Seaspray as that was the TF toy I owned.
If I had a centrepiece to my TF 'stuff' as a whole, I'd say it was a dead heat between my Marvel UK TF comics (specifically the issues I have from back in the day rather than ones acquired since) and the pages of original art from TF comics (being unique items).

Gosh he looks fantastic!!! And what a brilliant techs-specy write up that is! Love the parralels draw against Shockwave. Thanks for the headsup Phil, good on ya. Expensive though aint it. Not sure what to do. Nick, you think he'll be available cheaper at TRU in a bit? I deffy even the Titanium hater Tompson to say he doesn't look SPANK-MY-ARSE-AND-CALL-ME-DEBBIE-GREAT!!!

I have to be honest, I think that Titanium Prowl design looks utter cack. Sorry! I think it looks horrible.
But then I'm currently playing with the Firecons, so tastes vary!

Hmmmm, well, Doc', I'll allow you to continue to exist simply because you like the Firecons. But such comments about Titanium Prowl warrant the ultimate, and most horrifying, type of assult ever devised by the warlike minds of men:

Going back to the original question (sorry for ruining everybody's fun)!
I have a couple of centrepieces amongst my TF toys. I have a few Classics and also the Kiss Players Convoy which I got from AA this year. If the house was on fire and I had to rescue one it would have to be the Kiss Players Convoy because that left a hole in my pocket to the tune of £50 and also because it can't be readily brought in this country unlike the Classics range and the others TF's I have.

You'd only acutally create a Pooy Piglet Nappy that is on fire. So dense is the Poo of The Piglet. Piglet Poo also exists slightly out of phase with this universe, so interception missiles, energy weapons or electro-magnetic shields can't stop it. Sorry, Doc', but you're DOOOOMMMMED!!!!!

To temporarily drag this thread back on track..... I would say that the two most prized items in my collection would be my '84 Skywarp and (yellow) Cliffjumper. My first two Transformers, and two of only three survivors of my original collection from when I was younger.
You may now return to your previous missions of madness.

What did you expect? Everyone here is quite, quite mad and the word 'serious' does not seem to be in our dictionaries. Flibble!

This is a hard question.
So instead of answering it, I will say that I've got about 6 months until I hit the 30 mark!
So tell me Stomski and Prowl:
What did you NOT DO BEFORE YOU WERE 30 THAT YOU REGRET NOT HAVING DONE NOW THAT YOU'RE 30?!?!
I MUST know so I can go do these things before I turn 30 and regret not doing them!

I regret not settling down with someone/having kids/having a career rather than jobs/owning a flat before 30.
Oh, and having a Shockwave toy. The AM version is great, but the big transforming one would be nice. I love AM Shockers, though every time I look at him I mourn the fact that I don't have his handgun. And I went looking for his little AM partner buddy the other day, but could not find him! I wept!

oo thats easy, it would be my little G1 Prowl, he was my first ....but I suppose I would be a bit sad if they all went, they're all so cute and I enjoy telling them how cute they are and tickling they're tummies The only other transformers I would want by the time i'm 30 would be Sandstorm and Cosmos, Octane looks so lost without his Sandstorm, so sad

Answer: I have a dog. Don't need a baby.
And as usual - I agree with Ralph; as important as a wife, children, career and flat ownership are - nothing beats Actionmaster Shockwave.
I know what I'll be hunting for betwen now and my birthday!

Depends what dog he's got. If he's got a rotweiller I wouldn't reccommend it.
