Several of us RSPB volunteers (on the showing people peregrines project) driven out to Nagshead Nature Reserve in Gloucestershire today as a little thank-you. Had a nice VIP tour walking amongst 'Napoleonic oaks' planted at the time of Lord Nelson. (Bit unfair, I thought, naming things from that era after the loser, who never made it to England - we wouldn't call trees planted in 1940 'Hitler oaks' would we? But I digress.)
Rain held off for an hour or so to allow a decent walk in the forest, which was nice. Apparently lots of wild boar around there, but I didn't see any.

The Adbot has been putting ads next to the Youtube videos for a short while now. It's the start of its nefarious plans to take over the world.
