Given a deluxe now costs more than that you cannot lose. If anything the vehicle mode is a fine GI Joe toy.

Finally managed to leave work early enough to find the nearby Game shop. No HISS Megatron, or the Black Series figure I was after. I should have done that months ago, but now I know where it is I can get there if anything else turns up. I was surprised, I haven't been in a Game for a very long time, but this one was more toy and pop culture tat than it was video games. They had a good selection of TFs including three fifty quid Tonkanators and a few JP sets, lots of SW figures - more than Smyths actually. Just no Megs to replace my knackered one.

I picked up Metalhawk in Smyths for £18 on the way home tonight. Also Crashbar, but he isn't so good value at £20 still.
