It's always UFOs isn't it?
Could have been a really fat pigeon.

I always love the way that folk talk about unexplained objects in the air that they cannot classify and then say "It might be a UFO". Well, er, yes - any flying object that can't be identified is a UFO. Doesn't mean it is Aliens or Russians. It can be a UFO and still be a duck after all. Always an amusing idea though - after all, don't aliens have wind-turbines at home that they can vandalise?
This is why I'm glad that the space-time rift opened up in Cardiff - all the rowdy non-terrestrial tourists go there now instead of coming to Bonnybridge like they used to.

Excellent. I'm due to be in the Museum twice in the coming week (once for a lunchtime seminar, once for an evening talk on Darwin's islands). I'll certainly check it out. Martin

I almost feel I should make some observation about redefining rock music but.... It sounds fascinating actually. Karl

Well, as mentioned in the Many Earth's thread, their are those who believe that alien life is already amongst us....

I always love it when people state things that are already known from other sources as "new discoveries". The wonders of modern "news by sound-bite"

There are a few people at my workplace that act like orangutans so I don't doubt that for a minute!
