I'll second that Urgh, but for different reasons.

I think my nervous system has fallen out on the floor. Between one thing and another my working environment has not been fun at all this week. A domino chain of things going wrong in the office since Monday has meant it has not.... shall we say been the best of weeks.

I'm rather glad it is Friday to be honest - a pizza and some episodes of Battle of the Planets have set me up nicely for the evening. I think I shall dive into a new book shortly to round things off.

Five weeks ago I filled in for the supervisor of one team and was promised a higher wage for doing the job but since then I have still not been paid the correct amount as promised. Its been four weeks of complaining to the management about this and every week they have promised to get it sorted but haven't. Either they're too incompetant to do the jobs they hold or they are intentionally refusing to pay me the correct amount and keep fobbing me off with excuses. I've got to do the job again next month and if I'm not paid the correct amount for the previous time then I'm not doing the job next month.

I'm back from a two week holiday in Mexico and mighty fine it was too. So what's new in Hubland?
