I did have asthma related problems for a period circa 2004-2006, but it appears to have mostly died away following some weight loss. Don't even have to report to the nurse for check-ups any more. -Ralph Hmmm. So, is there any gunge on your chest? |

Poss solution is to sleep semi-recumbent, but that's not very comfortable either! Glad you're improving! |

Two nights in a row sleeping has brought pain in my throat preventing proper sleep. Yesterday I eventually got passed it for a few hours. Tonight I woke fully to find it was only two hours after I'd gone to bed and not 4 or 5am as I expected.
Lucky Im not a work tomorrow.
