That doesn't mean they don't want to know how it works and how to detect it, which is way more important.

Just got to Year of Hell in my Voyager watch-through (slowed down because I got sidetracked by a Beast Wars S1 watch-through...). It's pretty good!
I can see why people would be annoyed by the reset button ending, but it didn't bother me too much. The central ideas and execution were so good, it was just really entertaining to watch and that made up for a lot. Kurtwood Smith typically watchable as a genuinely compelling villain as well.
My biggest niggle was that it didn't directly reference Kes's report from Before and After, which would seem on the face of things to be highly relevant. I guess you can explain it away by timeline changes made by Annorax before Voyager had temporal shielding, or even that the timeline Kes landed in at the end of Before and After just wasn't the same one as the ongoing series, but it's not very satisfying as a viewer.

Masks! Yay!!! I can never work out why everyone hates this so much.
Eye of the Beholder, Genesis, Journey's End & Firstborn to follow
Voyager: Vis à Vis, The Omega Directive, Unforgettable, Living Witness & Demon - no idea about any of those.
TOS: Miri, Dagger of the Mind, The Corbomite Maneuver, The Menagerie Parts 1 & 2. Struggling to catch this.

Voyager: Vis à Vis, The Omega Directive, Unforgettable, Living Witness & Demon - no idea about any of those. I don't remember Vis a Vis by name, but Living Witness and Unforgettable (if I remember the names correctly) are two of the best episodes IMO. Demon is pretty good. The Omega Directive, not so much. It's a pretty solid line up.

It is the worst episode of Star Trek ever made. -Ralph I saw worse than that last week! But last week did involve Planet Scotland. Masks is easily in my top 5 for the season with Parallels, Eye of the Beholder and All Good Things.... and because I'm not sure of a fifth that probably makes Masks Top 4.
