Super Showdown was alright,but last night's Raw proved it was a glorified house show given we had a repeat of a few of the matches.

For someone that only watches the big wwe ppvs, it's a shame when the current crop of big names can seemingly only tell two different narratives through a bout.
Thank god Undertaker and Triple H rounded off the SSD card. As slow and meandering as the match was, at least it went places.

I was told to watch Revolution Pro Wrestling on FreeSports. It felt grittier than the World of Sport show, but there seems to be something about WWE shows that others can't replicate.

Shame about Becky Lynch. After Evolution impressing me far more than I thought it would I was looking forward to her match vs Rousy. Considering how relatively green Rousy is, her match vs Nikki Bella was better than expected when most of the time she's just been in squashes... So to have her against someone with Lynch's quality would have been great. But, Flair is a decent replacement even if fitting top roap shenanigans into a Rousy match will be an obvious spot.
Crown Jewel was pish, but kudos to Michaels covering DX offence when HHH got injured so early. Kane's mask coming off was hysterical, seeing the ref help him find it was gold.

survivor series was a bit poo, rousey and flair and bryan and lesnar was good rest for me was crap, Takeover on the other hand was sensational yet again!

Takeover was phenomenal - Ciampa against Velveteen Dream was amazing.

In all seriousness, I was curious how they'd handle Jax... Whether she'd get some kind of in ring punishment like having Carmella take her down and then dance break over her. Instead using the fan heat to turn her heel was pretty neat.
Raw sweeping the board devalues the Smackdown brand somewhat.
Crowd seemed pretty harsh at times 'you deserved it' chants at Rousy a bit much, first half of Lesnar vs Bryan it almost felt like they were ready to go home, Lesnar calling for suplex city chants and Bryan's recovery woke them up for the finish thankfully.

I'm just keeping up with Becky Lynch's twitter in lieu of watching Smackdown at the moment. Zero interest in Raw at the moment.
Getting my wrestling fix by listening to Eric Bischoff's 83 weeks podcast. He's not bad, he will fight his corner but he's nowhere near as big a prick about it as Bruce Prichard is.

I'm reading about results and watching NXT, its all I have time for, NXT is still the best product they put out! and unfortunately top talent keep getting buried on raw/smackdown after dominating and looking class in NXT
