I did find the slow-motion bit in the Doctor Who Chrimbo special to be great, mostly because I always find bits where people scream "NOOOOOOOOOO!" while in slow-motion to be utterly hilarious.
I know I must not be the only one. Show yourselves!

Show yourselves! -Ralph Slooo moooo tends to amuse me rather a lot - it is one of those things that people try to use for dramatic effect but that I find oft just looks incredibly silly. One of the instances that springs to my mind is a scene in the film "Stargate" - we get a dramatic slo-mo shot of a couple of kids getting shot down by their alien oppressers. I think it is supposed to make us feel that the eeeevil aliens are especially eeevil and must be destroyed. However, by layering on the slowed down film on top of the "you must feel sad now" music the overall effect is to simply reach a somewhat absurd level of cheesyness that moves it to strictly laughable rather than "dramatic". The scene in the "Doctor Who" special did make me laugh, on all three occassions that I have seen the scene in question (twice in the special and once in "Confidential"). Karl

There are some nice comedy slo-moes, such as in Police Squad when the guy gets shot in the bank and goes through a range of slow-motion facial contortions before hitting the floor.
Or, I think it was the third Naked Gun film, when Frank is dreaming about babies in prams rolling downstairs, along with the Pope, various terrorists, disgruntled postal workers and what-not all pitching in to cause chaos.

I love these as well! Can't think of any examples on film right now, but I do them at home all the time to Mrs Shockprowl!
I also love bits where a goodie character is, I dunno, reaching for something, hand and arm shaking 'cos whatever it is is just outa reach, and he/she is weakened somehow, saying something like "gotta... get... the... key-pad!" Optimus was good at it in the original cartoon.

The craziest ones I recall were in Eagle comic years ago, in "Storm Force". Remember your man with the detachable arms, where he did a running commentary every time he was about to fall into a hole, for example?
"Oh no, a huge hole has just opened up in front of me, curse my evil nemesis, as I am about to fall headlong into it, aieeeeeee......"

Matrix films are based on the slo-mo nooooooo idea - bullet time is the new version Prime in animated movie launching into air? Lord of the rings had many simialr moments, particualr when intercutting with (I think) Sam telling frodo to get off his ass Nikita/Assasin, jumping down the laundray chute - is that a noooo moment? Resident Evil kicking dogs head in! yea

The Doctor Who radio serial Slipback: every cliffhanger consisted of the Doctor (Colin Baker) suddenly shouting "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" all the way into the theme tune whether or not there was any reason for it.

That's ace! Shouting NOOOOOOOO! for no reason! I also love extended, forced laughter in stuff. Original Star Trek is full of it! Don't see it as much these days. Except in spoofs, I love the bit in one of the Austin Powers movies where Dr. Evil and crew where laughing evilly and it gradually faded out into chuckles and then hmms and then nothing! Marvelous!

Let us not forget the 2007 Transformers film, specifically the end-battle where Ironhide jumps over a woman in slow motion while she screams "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Very funny moment.

I dutifully swallowed my mirth. Karl
