Stay hello to, er, 'Stardub'. For no other reason than a bit of fun, I thought I'd try some of these new fangled toy review videos folk on youtube do. First effort is up now. Alas, I do mumble a bit and it's a bit incoherant but I thought: "bugger it" and put it up to inspire me to do better like speak clearly and form coherant thoughts. Thats the first video review I've sat all the way through. Very cool, though I feel I do need to point ou that Bob is still very capable of combining. The question is simply how uaseful an armless half headed dude really is.
Ken did the rest of the team get renamed as well?

Ken did the rest of the team get renamed as well? Andy Yes indeed. This was back in the Transtrip days. Killbaison was called Clamp, Jargua was called Lockdown and Leozack was a female character called Res-Cue (because the repainted toy looked feminine). I hope Ralph reviews the other Rescue Force if he has them. I see he owns the silver faced version of 'Bob' (there's also blue faced variants as well). |

Bonus points for mentioning Muppets, sausages, etc. Double bonus points for pointing out he transforms into a safety drill. Ha!
Slightly disappointed at the end credits which I was hoping would end with "THRILL! TO!" And then stop.

Unbelievable - 3,500+ people have watched the Lost Transformers Victory episode and seven people have taken the time to complain about it. If I could give you two karma in one day I would.

What annoys me most about Youtube commentators is that they think every Youtube video has a responsibility to entertain them specifically. All those negative comments can fuck off, basically. There is a dude enjoying playing with robots! Let him do so without your negativity.

At least the latest comment on that 'Lost Episode' was'nt a complaint  . Some Youtube comment makers are definitley in no position to be negative, especially if they can't do anything better or make anything fun for the sake of FUN! What I liked about Ralph's review video was the pacing and attention to detail on something that is quite a basic toy. The Muppets and Sausages nods keep things amusing also. |

Do you have a typed up script, or do you wing it with what to say? You do carry these reviews really well.
Good pacing again with the timing of the video being broken down in near equal segments for the Pretender Shell and the inner robot.
Will Hound be the target practice every episode?

Great stuff Ralph. Always good to see reviews done by folk who have a genuine liking for the subject matter. You have now sold me on Bob from the Rescue Force far more than I was before. (I'd always suspected that he was an evil infiltrator, and now I see that the evidence is clear and incontrovertible!)
I think I shall go and watch the Bomburst review now. You think I won't?! You just watch me! I'll show you!

Hmm. The Star-dubbing filter in my brain keeps switching on accidentally. (I'm not sure if that qualifies as a bug or a feature mind you......).
Highly entertaining Bomburst review. I never really realised that so much fun could be had with that toy. I'm slightly Pretender-phobic but darned if that review doesn't make Bomb-burst look an awful lot of fun.
