He did find it recently after I realised it wasn't here. Doesn't mean he will have read it. He has form for this.

They aren't *that* bad. Except Avon: a Terrible Aspect. The Big Finish books are okay, if a little "this is my chance to show what this series should have been like" in places. Of the ones I've read so far anyway. I experienced the audiobook of Darrow's first Lucifer novel. It was...not good. Annoyingly, I had only bought the digital version so did not have a physical copy to True Friend anyone. That was my big mistake. -Ralph

That was my big mistake. I have all three of those yet to be read. They're... low on the list. I recall Archangel being pretty accurate tonally.

Pella Havant, Star Major of the Terran Federation. Apparently. Whether still serving or a rebel and fugitive is beyond any of our clearances I think...
(Alternatively, Star Major of Gauda Prime depending on which pet's name I go for...)

I know you are all panicy with Phil off this week, so here is a VINTAGE SCI-FI TV BLOG by Back-Up Phil
BLAKES 7 WATCH THE HARVEST OF KAIROS by blue (backup phil) shift
i love blakes 7 and i love the harvest of kairos. looking at it today you would think that the giant papier mache ants might somehow look shit, but actually they look fantastic and grittily realistic. i got so scared when i saw the giant ants that i cried and ran away and hid.
i like the baddy because he is a manly man. he is all "grr i am a manly man" even though he looks a bit girly, and he kisses servalan and she is all "swoon". the writer ben steed clearly understands women 100% and he is an excellent writer with a really varied selection of stories.
i also liked that tarrant was the main character and everyone liked tarrant and servalan thought he was the main threat. lesser people might think they just replaced blakes name with tarrant, but really ben steed knew that tarrant was the hero. avon just sat in a corner and sulked becuase he didnt have as good a hair as tarrant because tarrant was the best.
all in all i would vote harvest of kairos 11/10 as it is the best piece of television ever
next week: dawn of the gods
