If you had the resources to commission a full size Transformer replica to stand in your back garden, which would you choose? Also, what form would the Transformer take? Would it be based on the toy, the animation sheets or a particular artist's style? Or would it be open to interpretation by the designer/sculptor/architect? Would it be posed in a particular manner, or modelled after a particular piece of art? For the purposes of this thread, you can, if you want, assume that it's not your actual back garden, but one big enough to accommodate your chosen Transformer. But you can't choose a city or a planet Transformer, because that's just silly. (You may also assume that planning permissions are not an issue. ) Personally, I'd like Devastator. Realism would be the order of the day, with him constructed out of actual vehicle parts, or else good reproductions. It would largely be modelled after the toy, though as the toy linkages would look naff, there would be a degree of interpretation, probably based on the Dreamwave style. He would have a fairly neutral pose, standing upright like a sentinel, possibly with his head slightly tilted as if he's just noticed a passer by.

Probably Optimus or Megatron just because they're so iconic. And it would have to be a commissioned Don Figueroa design.

Action Master Thundercracker standing in his exo-suit, so I can sit back with a bucket of popcorn and a big glass of coke watching passers-by walk into trees and the like in alarm.

Ravage lurking in the undergrowth. With glowing eyes.

Oh, Ravage'd be good.
I'm tempted to choose Prowl, as you might be forgiven for expecting.
But I'm actually gunna choose Shockwave, tall and magnificent, looking slightly downwards at us punny humans with a look of disgust on his, er, eye. Marvelous.

I think I'd probably go for Octopunch - the Pretender shell that is. I just think it would be the biggest kich sensation in years Pete

Longtooth would go down well... or perhaps not!

Not technically in the garden but I think I would have to have either Lazerbeak or Buzzsaw perched on the roof-line looking down on the pedestrians passing below with a cruel raptors gaze.

The Dinobots would look handy in the back garden.
