It's the Non Robot Mode Individual Vehicle combiners brainteaser!
In the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen feature film, seven vehicles combine to form the large robot called Devastator. But these vehicles do not have their own robot modes.
Name all previous instances in the Transformers toy range where Non Robot Mode Individual Vehicles combine to form a larger robot...
Let's say go!

I'll start with Squawkbox, providing by non-robot you mean humanoid form, if not, Overlord technically counts too

Battletrap and Flywheels, obviously.
Not comprised of vehicles, but Six-Gun is in the ball park.
Omega Supreme - original and Energon, plus their repaints.
If we're having Squawkbox, we'd have to have Slamdance and whatever the Japanese dinosaur cassettes are called.
I feel like I'm missing something quite recent, something AEC.

I dispute the analogy What you really are looking for is this: Name a combiner where all the following are true (just like with ROTF Devastator): A) Alt modes combine to form the combiner B) Alt modes that form the combiner do not have individual robot modes C) A second set of the same Alt modes exist that have individual robot modes D) This second set of the same Alt modes with individual robot modes do not combine into the combiner So - nothing in TF history works for this. Magmatron wasn't sold as either "combining dinosaur" or "dinosaurs with individual robot modes that don't combine." Squackbox and Overlord are the same. As are Flywheels and Battletrap. You never had Overlord's jet and tank sold as non-combining TFs with individual bot modes AND as combining TFs with individual bot modes. I see what the point is, but the best thing I can say about it is: ROTF Devastator is therefore unprecedented in TF history. And they should have called him Ballchainator. Pete

You all got the right answers, well done everyone.
Except Pete... who seems to have gone off on one, and doesn't look like he's coming back.
