For parts see The All Purprose Transformer Parts ID Thread tmukhub.proboards.com/thread/610/all-purprose-transformer-parts-thread
So, my friend got hold of something he is trying to identify. Apparantly it has an alt mode very similar to Groundshaker (MM base) but is a blue/white decepticon. I'm assuming he means it turns into an ATV/APC sort of thing, but cant for the life of me work out who it could be. Karma to the first one to point in the right direction!

It has a decepticon logo on it, supposedly. I think he's just being a bit colour blind, but I shall prevail!

Maybe it's just the Movie version Wreckage?
Or possibly it's a bootleg of somebody like Doubledealer?

I agree. Wreckage isn't "blue and white" - he's white and then those camo swaths are an off greyish...well...I guess you could call them a variation on blue... But yeah.... Wreckage isn't blue Pete

Maybe he's colour blind? Then the red would look like blue.

Light can change how a figure looks. For example, in some light Henkei! Cyclonus looks a light purple, in other light it looks like a light pink.

Colour-blindness can do that. I have difficulty with some "edge-shades" myself. Not in terms of blue-grey, but I can see how some folk might have issues with it.

One of my reviews refers to a toy:
"A parcel from BBTS came this morning.
Was it my reissue Prowl and Jazz ?
No.
Hmmm. Maybe my HR, but that's pdq as it was only dispatched Monday..... "
The Review is Armada Megatron which dates it to July/August 2002.
It's likely to be a TF, Star Wars or Zoid toy I'd have thought.
So what is HR ?

There is probably a thread for this kind of thing but I've looked back and can't see one. Who are these chaps? I've been handed a box of TFs by a relative to ID and check for completeness. I know they're all Unicron Trilogy era and I've sorted out all of them (most I own so it wasn't hard) bar these three. I am guessing they're Cybertron toys because that's the area I know least about and I've no clue who these bots are. I started clicking random guess links on tfu.info, but realised the hive mind here would sort this out in seconds. The second image is a loose piece I was hoping Phil might know because it looks like a minicon leg to me with a minicon plug on the back. The photo shows both sides of the same piece. I realise that one's a tougher challenge, but all the minicons I've looked at today have their legs! I'm wishing now I hadn't given up on this line during Energon. There are some flippin nice toys in Cybertron. Vector Prime is an absolute stonker! what an awesome toy. The ship mode looks like Scorpio from Blake's 7 with added wings and I love the big rubber sword. His robot is so majestic. Edit: also meant to ask because I can't quite tell from tfu.info - The Armada Land Military Minicon team, do they share a missile between them or should there be four overall?

I am, for reasons of general malaise and despair around the time this line was released, not all that familiar with Energon myself. However, a quick brute-forcing of the TFWiki page on the Energon toyline shows that these are, from left to right: Demolishor, Inferno and Snow Cat. So that's half the battle done...
And yes, I do see that you said that you thought they were Cybertron toys, but my brain only picked up on the part where you mention "Energon". Which just goes to show... something or other. :-)

They are I believe Energon toys, from left to right,
Energon Demolishir Energon Inferno Energon Snowcat
All three of them are absolute crackers in my opinion (I have owned all three).
There are indeed some fantastic toys in Energon and Cybertron - actually, I reckon the were some of the best _toys_ there have been in the modern era in there. It is part if why the Bay Movie lines felt like such a step backward to me. (The Energon Decepticons are fantastic toys, can't think of one amongst them that wasn't a winner).
Vector Prime is great - but you want the Galaxy Force version's sword if you can get it, tougher plastic makes it feel much more like a good solid blade.

Vector Prime is one of the better toys from the Unicron Trilogy. Felt like an alien spaceship. I do regret passing mine on, I may have to reacquire him.

The legs are from one of the Armada Star Sabre Minicons.

Edit: also meant to ask because I can't quite tell from tfu.info - The Armada Land Military Minicon team, do they share a missile between them or should there be four overall? Four total, of three different types (each one has a different shaped warhead to it's missiles). Karl

Cheers chaps, much appreciated. I'm disappointed I didn't realise they were Energon, but that would account for the lack of Cybertron keys in the box. I just thought they were lost.
Brilliant detective work on the odd leg Phil. It does indeed look like Runway. I'll get mine out to compare. Weird thing is that there are no members of the Star Sabre team in the box. Just this leg. That's almost funny.

No detective work at all: I knew what I was looking at but couldn't remember what it was called!
