I can recognise two of those now you say the names. And Big Daddy. I can name most stand-alones like Countdown and Flattop, specifically because of catalogues. But of the multipacks, my naming ability bottoms out, just like with most nebulons and minicons. I get Roadhandler and Roadhugger mixed up due to the similarity of their names and both being micromasters. But I know the red one is named one of those. Can't pick the otherone out of a lineup, though. -Tote (I can name him because of Movie 1 Inferno repaint of Armada Red Alert is a Tote homage) -Whisper (No clue why I can name him) -Sunrunner (No clue why I can name him) -Big Daddy (Because Fandome made a big deal about his name) -Fixit (Non-Ratchet Doctors are rare) -Hot House (Stand alone) -Countdown (Stand alone) -Erector (Because Fandome made a big deal about his name) -Overload (Stand alone) -Flattop (Stand alone) -Skystalker (Stand alone) -Neo Wheel (for some odd reason that's probably exclusively due to TFU's "by color" search) I think those are the only ones I can definitively name if you showed me their toys. Greasepit and Ironworks- I can't remember if these are the multipack names or the city playset repaint names.

I can recognise two of those now you say the names. Roadhandler was the king of Micromaster wrestling. Oh the Windcharger with the wrong coloured chest and head? And then of course there's the hilariously named Swindler who turns into a Delorean!! Nope.... but I'd never realised the joke before.

Thinking about this .... How many of the original individual Micromasters can you name and identify without resorting to a book/tfu/tfwiki? For me it's Erector, Flattop, Seawatch, Fixit and Hot Rodimus. I know that Hothouse and Ironworks come with bases but can't say which ones are which, and I think the last two transports are Overload and Roughtstuff. And Tailwind & Blackout are jets but I'm not sure which. That's it.
Oh and Skystalker & Countdown There's a Sporcle for that. It's only the original Patrols and Combiner Squads, none of the bases or Japanese ones. I got 40/72.

I agree with Ralph and the rest of the universe. Micromasters are their own characters.

Micromasters have little to no profile information on their backing cards, very little comic/cartoon usage, and there's blinking loads of them. The shear number works against them! As I've said, many times before, I think they would have worked better as the original 1984 characters in new smaller forms.
