The front cover is still being debated by the braintrust right now but the back cover has been settled on. A class photo style look at all the characters that were released in the first year of the Transformers toyline. Rather than having one person do the cover themselves, I like the idea of everyone pitching in and having a go. I'll handle colouring duties for this so it's just a single character shot facing the "camera" in black and white (the image would need to be 300dpi). So to all the artists out there in TMUK land who fancy chipping in just pipe up. The only rule I will enforce is one character at a time, rather than somebody picking two or three, that way everybody gets a chance to do their character. As for art styles and model approach, do what you feel is best for you, classic comic/sunbow model or toy. I'm hoping to twist the arm of someone and see if I can get it done as poster as well. Awesome. So for this, you want them just standing and looking at the viewer, right? A full body shot, or just a headshot, yearbook-style?

Standing looking at the viewer as a full body shot. Obviously a few will be obscured but we'll host a full gallery of them here on the Hub so folks can see exactly what was done by who.

If it was going to be head shots I had this great idea to just show the top of Bumblebee's head. He would be too short for the camera, see?
That way I only would have had to draw the top of his head and his horns.
I'm lazy like that.
