If a third film were made by these people, what would you like to see in it? All the characters common to the first two films are a given. (Tick as many options as you like.)

Definitely no Unicron, no sir. Or time travel.
I could see Binary Bonding as a natural progression of the first two film's storylines. Maybe not for Sam, but certainly for the NEST chaps. BUT! They'd have to consider it very carefully so it doesn't turn too much into Power Rangers or the like.
Shockwave does need to appear, if only to bitch slap Megatron a, for retreating and b, for his unquestioning loyalty to The Fallen. Yes, Shockwave definitely for TF3.

I suppose binary-bonding could be done in the Professor Morris / Swoop remote-control style. TF hacking by unknown parties could even be the entire plot of a movie.

Well it is standard practice that a good character has to go bad somehow in the third movie (X-Men 3, Superman 3, Terminator 3, Spider-Man 3 and so on) so they may well roll out some kind of TF hacking/make Prime or Bumblebee evil plot.

Michael Bay + Hate Plague from Return of OP = Chaos
Let's hope he never watches that cartoon.

Martin God I hope not, that was the plot of the first Dreamwave mini and was just 'brr brr bang brr non-sentient robots brr' I wouldn't mind 'proper' binary-bonding or a Masterforce-style plot though. That would mean the TFs would be more likely to get characterisation!

I just voted to keep it on Earth. I think they missed a chance for binary bonding at the end of this film, more Pretenders could end up like Terminator, Dinobots are tempting but they haven't been able to give the current cast decent characterisation without diminishing their screen time more, Megatron needs to return to a tyrant rather than ROTF's lackey which discounts Shockwave and The Fallen has proven that a big new threat detracts from the Autobot-Deceptcon war which discounts Unicron. (Actually, I've never wanted to see Unicron in the films.)
