But the 1st Doc story was fab!
The Sensorites is brilliant. Can't wait for the action figure battlepack. I must army build.

Now that I have finished The Sensorites, which will get a re-watch as a result, I have gone back to the Target Storybook because Ralph promised that it is good.
Uncle T's Second Doctor story is definitely worth the price of admission alone. On to see how Matthew Sweet handles doctor three.

I forgot I was going to read my recently acquired Trial Target books alongside watching the episodes, so I started Uncle Terrance's version of The Mysterious Planet this evening. It occurred to me that this is one of the architects of Gallifreyan society interpreting Robert Holmes' thinking about it. Interesting.

The last reprint of Script Doctor I think Ralph flagged up sold out before I could get one, but it popped up again on the tenacrefilms site again at the weekend. Managed to get one this time. It arrived today so I'm looking forward to a read at last.

Alas it sold out before I could get one.
Anyway, 'The Long Game' book about Who between 96-2003 arrived today from that publisher.

The Panini 'Age of Chaos' collected edition was given to me by Santa. Nice new cover and good to see Cuddly Colin's comic strip again after, blimey, more years than I had realised!

I... I have been given a copy of the Doctor Who Cookbook because I was apparently laughing a lot watching the Season 23 extras based on it and made the mistake of mentioning I do not have a copy of it.

I wonder if there's a loophole here that means Nigel Robinson's version of An Unearthly Child could come out this way. Also, if we're doing this, they need to get Stephen Gallagher on board and print his expanded version of Warriors' Gate.

Evil's good. And expensive. OOOOO, how about a reprint of Evil &Power with proper Target covers? That would certainly help bring the price of the originals down. Those Target articles in DWM last year had quite an effect on the price of the books. Although there was a sudden rush of them onto eBay as a result, the prices skyrocketed. When I was looking for Evil a few years back it went for £30 but it's easily double that now.

Mine arrived today!
I thought: "But how can 2007 be long enough ago to warrant a history-type publication?"
Then I realised how long ago that was.
Fuck.

Good lord, that sounds like a self-inflicted true friending.
I'm reading Turlough and the Earthlink Dilemma but am getting annoyed by Tony Attwood's need to make every character and place name completely unpronounceable.
