What are the differances between the 2 toys?
apart from the UK one being in the larger box. I was looking at the Japan box in Forbidden planet (think had wrong price on box £169.99)
That this has diffent stickers on the wings & trading card or sticker in the box. But it should be £70? Is it diecast or plastic?

Forbidden planet like gouging prices, that is probably right for them.
MP Skywarp is a different paintscheme, the black is slightly glossier, the purple is darker, and there is less of it. I think it looks nicer, though not 70 quid more nicer.
His plane mode is also covered in tampos, which helps to break up the black. The missiles he comes with are also more fragile, the US release remolds them to place them in a big ugly block of plastic.
If anyone really wants a MP Skywarp, I can sell you mine for like, 35 quid plus p&p (which would be uh, 8 quid?) though he is missing one of his inset flat chest pieces. Bogatan has offered to give me a Starscream piece to replace it though!

I noticed that the big Decepticon logo wasn't on the wings like on mine.

Crap had completely forgotten about that. I'll make sure to find one for when I send the Thundercrackers.

I love my MP Skywarp. The three Strike Planes ( ;D) together make me all warm inside! Can't rememb' how much I got mine for, got him when he was not long released. Mrs Shocker took great pleasure in pointing out several of the US ones on a shelf in Argos last Christmas on for, I dunno, something like minus 20 pounds or something crazy.
