Whoa. By far the darkest and most mature (not that the two have to go hand in hand) episode yet. Lockdown is set up very clearly as Ratchet's nemesis, ideologically as well as factionally. There's something very, very creepy about that fella if you take his modus operandi and apply it to anything non-robotic. Hell, even for a robot it's creepy.
An absolute cracker. One like that every week would get depressing after a while, but more of that calibre would be most welcome!
I think I'm gonna go watch it again.

Best episode yet, and quite mature! Lockdown is a nice addition to the series and quite likable.
AND BLITZWING WAS IN IT! Wooo!

Only just noticed on second watching that no humans appeared in this episode at all, apart from the news presenter.

As well as the 2 that just stroll across the road in front of big robots.
Very enjoyable episode, which was helped by the absence of Sari, who I find very irritating. That Lockdown dude was a nasty piece of work, even though his appearance was very bizarre as he looked more organic than robot.
Did anyone else find Blitzwing's crazy head too similar sounding and acting as Triple Threats crazy head from TMNT fast Forward?

But it has been noted that Cory Burton will be reprising his role as Shockwave so thats another thing to look forward too. Lee. |
