Just about recovered now. Nothing wild happened last night - just a few drinks with friends but hangovers are so much worse these days. Not eating did not help. This morning was pure pain and I went back to bed after walking my son to school.

Turns out that eating a whole pack of Kellog's Shredded Wheat KO in 2 days is a surefire way to experience multiple bowel distress. On round 3. -Ralph I see where I went wrong again, but in defence the box lies. No way does it contain 11 servings! -Ralph

How big are your servings?
I am suspecting this is the inversion of your Buffet Paradox problem with sizing.

You may be having more than one serving per sitting very easily:-
Generally with these sorts of things a serving is probably defined as one of the wheat biscuits. We can work this out - how many biscuits are contained in one packet, divided by 11, will give the number of biscuits contained in one serving.
If you are having two of the wheat biscuits at a breakfast, for example, this would be two servings per breakfast. See how it works?
For a similar example - my Crunchy Nut Cornflakes come in a 500g box. This contains 16 servings. Dividing 500 by 16 gives us 31.25. So one serving is 31.25g. Now 31.25g is not a lot of Cornflakes, and I can guarantee that each time I have a breakfast with this cereal I am eating more than 31.25g. So I am probably eating anywhere between 1.5 and 2 servings each time.
A serving is not "how much of this a particular person eats at a time" it is a figure across which the nutritional information is worked out, and an indicator of how much the manufacturer is claiming they "recommend" each person eat. It's a measure related to food-labeling regulations more than anything else.

First takeaway in a few months last night (I have cut down). Alas, the burger was literally swimming in sauce and the roll was distintegrating as a result. I like a fair bit of sauce on a burger but this was unreal. It was more like a burger sitting in a tub of sauce.
This has also resorted in Throne Screaming this morning.
