I'm afraid Phil is wrong here. Ralph told me when we met the Gonk droid the other week.
That Batman set looks great. Will keep an eye out in the local Lego store.

It's true, Phil. It's a Gonk Droid. I have met one. There is photographic proof. No one calls it the Power Droid. No one.

If he does from the Lego shop this week he could get a free A-Wing pilot!

That is painfully expensive for what it is. Lego prices are even more potty than Transformers.

The prices have been on a quite steep rise for a few years now, especially the larger sets.

Enjoyed perusing some of the new sets in the Lego Store and other toy shops yesterday. Lego Store had all new sets except City, other shop had no new sets except City. Which was a complication when I thought one of the City sets would make an ideal Christmas present for my nephew but wanted the double VIP points currently on at the Lego Store. Ah well, he should be happy enough with a Nexo Knight bladed working Gatling gun instead..

A bladed Gatling gun... There is something just a little bit amusingly daft about that - like having a plug-bayonet for a howitzer. :-)

Yep! God bless Nexo Knights. The design reminds me a lot of the Manta Force Porcupine. Another fun looking new NK set is the falcon jet. Absolutely loaded with 'this won't at all help me fly' gatling guns.
Just built the recent city dump truck set (#60118). Lovely little build with some clever parts. Front loader arms work like a charm but could do with a ratcheting joint on the truck rather than just a swivel joint.
