Forma: brickset.com/article/38738/lego-forma-unveiled! On the one hand this fish based range looks utterly bonkers. On the other hand, giant companies can **** off with crowdfunding. Make it and sell it. End of story. Those fish are pleasingly mad though. If they were sold properly I could be tempted! They can sod off with Indiegogo though! -Ralph

One of my class brought in a completed Lego Sainsbury's album yesterday. Apart from the thrill of seeing kids discussing which cards they did and didn't have (why don't they swap them in the playground like we used to? I'd love to see that happen again but they just don't), I was really impressed with the book. Lovely job that - nice cards and the way they slot into the book is great. I really wish I cared about Lego; I'd have been all over that.

Ha! That was a sacrifice I made to help Phil.
Although you can get cards on the robot tills. You just ask the bored assistant and show your receipt.

Such a fun pun in the set name there. I like that. Really nice minifigs as well. The Barista's manic grin is superb.

That looks great! I don't usually go in for these big sets, but that one looks like a lot of fun.

New Lego mag found in Tescopolis!
GIANT SERIES CITY. A larger polybag with vehicle and minifig. Polybag is size of the ones found in the wild rather than the smaller ones usually found with mags.
This is quarterly and going by the NEXT ISSUE appears to run alongside the usual City mag.

Last weekend Burns & The Kaptain helped me deal with my mountain of unbuilt magazine cover bags.
This week, having conquered the backlog, I built the ones I bought.
I also built the Hoth Medical Centre - no way a £35 kit, possibly not even a £25 kit. Felt like it was a couple of minifigs short with two unoccupied beds - and the Republic Fighter tank - nice toy, but v fragile at stages during the build though the finished item is solid.
It's a good thing I'm in practice as my Sandcrawler arrives TODAY! First order was oddly cancelled by AmazonReordered and the set has taken a week to travel from France!

I forgot to give Phil the spare Yoda's Hut I got for him! I now can't find it! I suspect it has ended up in one of the storage tubs in the cupboard of doom last time I tidied up.

I have now bought 15 of 22 Harry Potter series minifigures. Aside from the troubling thought of how much that adds up to, Im very happy with myself. Thanks to some excellent packet feeling Ive not had one duplicate yet. Today I finally found Grindelwald who apparently is packed one per box so has been a pain to find.
I think I'll get Newt, but I dont know if I bothered about the other 6.
