I must now reinact The Tenth Planet by having my Cybermen minifgures walk through the Hoth Icecave substituting for the Antartic. bzzztyouwillbelikeuzzzzbzzzt. I have to say that after the afternoon I spent at Nick's place looking at his Star Wars Lego I am quite tempted by some of the sets myself.... Karl

Did I say I got given a Lego 2012 annual?
Why is building a Lego model a second time not nearly so much fun? My X-Wing disintigrated in a shower of bricks this morning and I had to take it to bits to rebuild the wings!

Glad it got to you in time, Phil! I only posted it on Wednesday! I was quite happy with the Christmas tree. Means I get to have a bash at designing my own mini B-wing! All the ROTJ themed stuff announced for next year gives me hope that they'll finally have a crack at the exterior of a Mon Calamari (ideally it should be MASSIVE and feature-packed but I'd settle for a £100-ish set about the size of the Star Destroyer) or even, dare I hope, a Rebel Transport or Nebulon-B Frigate? -Nick

ORDERED!!!!! On the way to the Turnbull Towers postal drop!!! -Ralph It's in the post! Between that and the Endor set from Toy-Fu, I should have plenty of LEGO joy in the next couple of weeks. Not usually into prequel stuff, but the ROTS Palpatine Shuttle has caught my eye and will be picking that up soon. Got a wee starter LEGO kit from the Parentals and enjoyed designed a jail for the LEGO man. -Ralph

I have the CD! Star Wars Lego Advent Day 23: A Christms Tree Day 24 was Yoda. But once again the City one trumped it on the last day: not only a chap in Santa togs, but a chimney for him to come down as well! -Ralph

I accumulated quite a lot of lego this year. Before selling all. Slave 1 was cool as was the tie fighter. The wampa too was nice.
Non star wars the 7740 electric train set was great, but my favourite was the black sea barracuda which didnt sell so will now become home to all my minifigures shame I dont hhave any of the super rare who pirate figures.

Office closed today but on call and doing my rounds. Had a cancellation and was passing Argos so thought I would have a look to see if the 2012 SW LEGO was indeed in stock as the website indicated. Then the red haze hit me.
X-WING! TIE-FIGHTER! ENDOR REBEL TROOPER & IMPERIAL TROOPER BATTLE PACK! DROID ESCAPE! TIE INTERCEPTOR & DEATH STAR MINI SET!
I found myself outside the shop, thinking "I will stick these under my desk.". Then I remembered the office was closed. So nipped home to dump them off! Lunch required before off out this afternoon for work stuff.
Oh dear.
Well between this and the Endor and Home One sets I will have plenty to do on an upcoming week off!

TIE INTERCEPTOR & DEATH STAR MINI SET! -Ralph Fabulous entry-level themed set for kids or folk on a budget/those with a passing interest/gateway drug to the large sets: a minifig, a spaceship, a stand (which you have to build) and a planet model which also doubles up as a carry case (and you can spin the spaceship round on the stand!). Quite fun and a nice all-round package. I can see myself picking up the other 'planet themed' mini kits. -Ralph

ORDERED!!!!! On the way to the Turnbull Towers postal drop!!! -Ralph It's in the post! -Ralph I am told that SW Home One has arrived at Turnbull Towers, several days earlier than I had expected. Would use thetoyshop.co.uk again. Free shipping is stated as '3-5 days'. Posted on Christmas Eve and still arrived first post day after a Sunday and two bank holidays. MAY ACKBAR BE PRAISED. Right. More than enough LEGO to keep me occupied for a good long while. -Ralph

How big is that set? It looks pretty small, especially for the price
