Philip is an idiot and has lost the instructions for his Ravage Infiltration set. Which one is Flak and which one is Rollbar? The Scattorshot repaint or the Dune Runner repaint? I'd have said Dune Runner became Rollbar but I may be wrong. The packaging is zero help on this matter.

So are you seriously suggesting that when I update the reviews for that mold I call them Dave?

I saw a HFTD Jetblade tuther day in The Entertainer, I was hankering for Hailstorm and as he wasn't there didn't buy anything and buggered off....Reviews of JB make him seem cool, anyone got him? Any thoughts? Twas his egg head that put me off at the time but now am having second thoughts. The Law of Sod dictating that the git won't be there on Monday when I go in to buy him though....

Jetblade is a great toy. His fighter mode is wonderful - a bit stylised and hollywoodised but really nicely designed (has a decent set of undercarriage as well, which is always good to see). The transformation is genuinely clever, but also fairly easy to wrap the head around - one of the rare times it feels like Transformers has actually found a new way to do a really good fighter-humanoid mode transition. The humanoid mode is good as well - fewer excessive greebly detailing bits than some of the movie toys and the "egg" head actually looks quite good in the plastic.
I had skipped Movie Dirge but picked up Jetblade at AA and I'm thinking now that I might want to see if I can hunt him down.

Got Jetblade, he's ace. Robot mode suffers in teh arm department lghtly but the vehichle mode makes up for it.

A very good toy, but I prefer Dirge's colour scheme.

Jetblade is nice. I think it's a better update of the 80's Strike Plane mould than the Universe/Classics one. Never saw Dirge at retail though.

Got it today. Phoned the Entertainer in Reading and the chap says he'll have a look....5 mins later, 'na not there', I was asking him if he checked properly and he said 'I did'....Like hell, went there myself a bit later on and lo and behold, hidden behind the larger Transformer boxes is.....Jetblade.....git.

Put in a snotty complaint about it, and mentioned the till girl chatting about magic mushrooms with an old fart of all things whilst she distractedly served me...hope it may lead to some vouchers at The Entertainer and then I can buy other stuff for jack all....yeah, pigs'll fly in formation....but if it works it'd be cool....fnar, fnar!

Now now, come on, if an employee had to rifle through the entire stock of a whole section every time they got a call like that, they'd be doing nothing else. I imagine he looked at the deluxes on the pegs, which is reasonable. Why expect him to find something that someone had hidden where it wasn't meant to be?

He's cool.
I also got ROTF Thrust coming to my local shop, got it off the Entertainer site at £6.50p and opted to collect when in.
Also, yep, they ARE going to send me vouchers for my complaint....
