Amazon have emailed to say my Clone Saga bk. 3 (hey, I liked it) is expected to be delayed, but have not said anything about Wreckers. Going on to my account I see that the delivery estimate has changed to the 17th and my order has entered the "cannot be cancelled" phase, though I suspect this is to prevent me buying elsewhere rather than indicating it will be dispatched shortly.

I suspect Phil's Amazon questioning has led to Amazon UK locking everyone's orders down while they investigate! Darn it.

So I'm guessing it's safe to order from Amazon then, once payday comes anyway

Amazon have emailed to say my Clone Saga bk. 3 (hey, I liked it) is expected to be delayed That came out the same week as the Wreckers trade in the comic shops. I always thought Amazon UK got their stock from Diamond UK, but maybe not if they get stuff this much later.

I've noticed that other people on Amazon are starting to sell copies now as well, including one of my regular sellers, so I'll probably get mine from there (its a bit cheaper as well)

Got my copy from the brother today. Read it on the way to Ikea and most of the new text story on the way back. All very excellent.

My copy has apparently been despatched during today, and is due to arrive at the end of next week. This pleases me.

Ask for a replacement. They're usually quite prompt with sending one out when asked.

They have indeed offered a replacement. The problem is they have no stock of Wreckers left.

DAMN THEM!
Mine arrived on Saturday. Inbetween the inconvenience of having to go to work, I read it in three sittings. Could have been less, but I made myself savor it. OMG! It's brilliant! I loved it from start to finish! Comedy, drama, horror, thought-provokingness, and sad bits. Everything a young TF fan like myself could ask for.

Look on the bright side: There's bound* to be a luxurious hardcover "Ultimate" edition of LSOTW out in the future.

Had a dispatch e-mail the other day but didn't fully believe it. However my copy has just arrived and despite the packaging getting soaked by heavy rain the book inside is in tip-top condition. I shall be having a read later.

Getting told they expect the stock soon and expect the book to be dispatched in 1-4 weeks.
As we all know the 1-4 weeks dispatch means you have no chance of getting this book. Off to ebay and disposableheroes have a copy. Slightly more expensive but I know I will get it.
