From time to time I like to run random searches on youtube and follow the sidebar links to see what crap/tat movies appear.
Mild fun can be had be watching how few youtubers make it to the end, but the rule is that once a tat movie has begun to be watched, it must be seen through to the end.
Last night it was Futureworld, the obscure follow-up to the great Westworld. It is justifiably obscure. Peter Fonda looks coked out of his mind and is out-emoted by his jacket. There is also the crappest sex/dream sequence I have ever seen in which Yul Bryner's career visibly dies.
Also watched was Krull, from that early 80's era of British fantasy films. I vaguely recalled people going up a mountain and a Cylcops dude from Sunday afternoon showings. It was actually quite enjoyable tosh though the fate of the Cyclops was a bit upsetting. And Robbie Coltrane looked impossibly thin.
