I do remember watching this show what I was younger, but it wasn't until I saw the intro on youtube a year or two ago that I knew what it was.
I remember it vaguely from the age where you watched any cartoon, yet I didn't know it was to do with Thunderbirds. At the time I would have been living in Germany in the mid eighties, so I could have watched it on a German channel as far as I know.

I remember this too. I thought this was THE Thunderbirds until I was told otherwise.

I've got a few episodes on video.
It has nothing whatsover - in intellectual property terms - with Gerry Anderson and the original Thunderbirds. Yet, a couple of my episodes form a double bill with Captain Scarlet (I think) on a Pocket Money Video label from the early 1990s. There were other Anderson series in the same range. Before I had that video, it was a series that I'd vaguely had memories of.

I've read about it on the net once or twice before but I don't ever recall watching it back in the day.

I was pleasantly surprised when I watched this show. It really is fab, just ignore the whole 'Thunderbirds' bit!

I watched this regularly as a kid, despite not remembering a damn thing about it. I have vague memories of trying to build the combining spaceships out of Lego and taking them up to my great gran's house to show her. She was in her mid-90s at the time and must have wondered what the bloody hell I was blithering on about.
Caught it on VHS from Global Video about 10 years ago, and remember it being not bad. The Thunderbirds motif came as a surprise because I didn't remember the name of it at all!

I remember seeing one or two episodes of this when I was younger. I don't remember it being on very much where I lived though. My only really strong memory of it is the three vehicles that could combine into a larger transport mode. I rather liked them.
I didn't learn of its origin as Technovoyager until many years later, when I was unpicking which shows from my childhood were refitted/modified/kludged foreign shows.

I'm going to have to investigate this. I don't think I've seen it. I am in love with the new version though. I've even bought the Silva Screen soundtrack CD so I can blast the new arrangement of the theme out of me speakers.

Looks like Thunderbirds to me. It is written all over it!
I don't understand how they remain so slim though as machines appear to move them from chair to chair. Truly the 21st century is an age of wonders!

Cool. I will take a look at this. Pity there isn't a cheap DVD release. This has also pointed out to me that Youtube is a source of other series I should have watched but haven't. Like Robotix. Ooh, and Starcom. Ooh and... oh dear.

Truly the 21st century is an age of wonders! They probably have to go to the gym a terrifying amount by our standards. That may be one of the "risks of our own technology" or however the opening puts it. Karl
