I yeilded to temptation and bought one of the blind-packs at random this morning. I am now the owner of the component parts of a Weeping Angel. The temptation to pick up a Dalek Factory ( and some more Daleks to populate the factory was strong...
Also saw the Doctors set in Tesco in Polmont this afternoon. Very tempting - Mini Hartnell is fantastic.

After arranging a trade for PC Pond last week (which I got on Friday, thanks Ken) I finally managed to find one using the guide on page 11. I stuck it on ebay after realising how much I had spent on blind packs in the last two weeks. And then I got another this morning. That too might go on ebay as I have developed a strong urge that may require more spending. I want to make a CB Serenity crew. Mal - Docs head, Rory body, Rivers legs (he is captain tight pants after all) Zoe - River with repainted skin and hair Kaleigh - Amy with less red hair I suppose Wash - Rory with more red hair Inara - Zoe head and body, Vampire or angel legs? Shepherd Book- ?? Jayne - ?? Maybe something from the CB army The guide isn't perfect, but the groups of 6 are pretty accurate so PC Pond (all the ponds rubber skirts make them easy to spot) is usually around the 3 vampires which are pretty easy to identify.

"all the ponds rubber skirts make them easy to spot" is the most beautiful sentence I have read all day.

There were 4 of us at the Babies Desk at TRU last week feeling bags looking for parts of Ralph's new army. William was good enough to bring two fresh boxes out of the back, but none of us knew what to feel for and we struck out.

I'm not convinced about the top left corner thing, unless people are mixing them up before I get to them, but it usually is near PC Pond and or the solo Dalek.

Meanwhile, courtesy of a colleague on another forum: Below is a layout of the figures in the series 2 Doctor Who Character Building box that I opened last night.
The figures are no longer stored in individual compartments, but in two rows of three compartments, with an average of 6 figures per compartment (I say average, one section had 3 figures while the compartment above it had 9, but it was obvious by the bent card that it was not meant to be that way).
This also means that the figures are prone to sliding down (as one of them in the bottom right hand corner of the box I opened was) which leads me to guess where the Cyberleader in that pack was originally placed.
So the layout was...
Dalek: The Supreme. | Silent. | Amy Pond (Police Uniform). | Silent. | River Song. | Silent. | Vampire. | Dalek: The Supreme. | Vampire. | Dalek: The Supreme. | Vampire. | Dalek: The Supreme. | - | - | Silent. | Rory Williams. | Silent. | Rory Williams. | Silent. | Rory Williams. | Amy Pond. | The Eleventh Doctor. | Amy Pond. | The Eleventh Doctor. | Amy Pond. | The Eleventh Doctor. | - | - | The Eleventh Doctor. | Cyberleader. | The Eleventh Doctor. | Cyberleader. | Silent. | Roman Auton. | Cyberleader. | Roman Auton. | Cyberleader. | Roman Auton. | Amy Pond. | Roman Auton. |
Well, I just opened a box and while the left side had shifted to some extent, all the Daleks were in the top left.

Thats how I've found the last few. Possibly a running change?
PC pond still seems to be with 3 vampires but usually in the middle sections.

If all the Daleks have shifted from the left to the right, does that make it a new Dalek paradigm?
Is the TARDIS exterior that comes with the Console Room exactly the same as the separate mini set? I've resisted the urge to keep any Character Building stock for myself, save the Eleven Doctors set, but the Console Room arrived today and if it effectively comes with a free mini set, that makes it rather tempting....

I just sent Character an email. Good afternoon, While browsing your characterbuilding.eu website, I noticed your Super Rare Eleventh Doctor in Straightjacket micro figure. The correct spelling is "straitjacket". In the spirit of proper education of your child customers, I would like to suggest that your website be corrected accordingly. Best regards, Nigel. I await their reply with interest.
