Popped out for a work night out last night. Bit of a memorable one. Caught up with some friends I haven't seen in a while. In a moment of uncharacteristic decisiveness I told a work colleague tgat I am imterested in her and then kissed her. It was reciprocated, but she left soon after. Also there was unrelated drama going on, that i became embroiled in. No idea where i stahd, will find out some today.
Good night all things considered.

My experiences of being interested in people at work generally didn't go well, but I am still talking to two of the four young ladies in question, but there was the 18 year old hippy chick who everyone in the office fancied and I snogged at her leaving do. Never saw her again :-(

Hope it goes well, Andy T.
Spent most of yesterday in "Res Dogs" attire for a small film I am in. Had fun making up fake blood for one scene, but sadly lost a £20 note which doubled up as an on camera prop. Was going to pop into TRU after and grab a RTS Perceptor but may leave it a bit now I am 20 notes down the kermit.

Researching getting about during spring break- according to google maps travelling by train from Osaka to Tokyo takes 3 hours 32 minutes. 3.32. I shit ye not. Clearly this trip is as the prophets have foretold.
EDIT: Well done, Andy! The closest I have come to that is telling a Chinese girl who came to our dancing class that she's beautiful when she mentioned being concerned about her weight. I genuinely thought she was fishing for compliments at first since the only areas of her body that could be described as anything other than slim are those that bearers of y-chromasomes all over the world would consider as evidence of a kind and loving God. Anyway, she thanked me and didn't belt me in the face as I was half-expecting.
Man, I need a haircut.

My parents have given me an ultimatum to start getting rid of the attic full of children's toys or it gets chucked, so I have begun! Sadly I KNOW I have a complete Menasor and Superion, but some of the little guns have vanished! I can't ebay them till they turn up

Based on past experiences I have a very strict 'never date anyone that works for the same company' rule, but each to their own. I've seen it work out well for other people very successfully.
But then at a certain point in time I privately decided to stop dating and have felt much more comfortable with myself ever since in certain respects.
In other news, I struggled through to see the parentals. Ended up conking out in bed for 12 hours straight! I have brought back fine home cooking, however.
I'm having some personal and work issues which are not fabulous but I have a four-day weekend coming up, which is good. Planning a day trip to North Berwick at the weekend and possibly a trip to the zoo on Friday if the mild weather holds and the lurgy shifts.

I never date anyone who is in my team, or works directly for me. Have seen how badly it can go for all involved. Still no idea whether it will amount to anything as such. Will find out.
The real breakthrough, was me actually just sacking up and making the effort. My bottle crashes in these matters are legendary.

Well done on asking the question Andy, what comes of it will come of it - a bridge to be crossed when you get to it.
I don't have much of a track record in that area myself. In both of my serious relationships it was the other party that was the main taker-of-the-initiative. In the case of the last one she tried to subtly make her intentions known - but as we jointly decided several months down the line Karl wasn't really very good with subtle at that point.
Today was a day for wondering why things around here were still in one piece and why some were still here. Found a pile of IDW comics tucked away that were supposed to have been disposed of, and so have added them to the pile of videogames that similarly should have been purged a while ago. I clearly have too many safe places in this house - I keep putting things in them and forgetting about them.
This afternoon was spent wondering why parts of my gardens middle tier hadn't toppled and slid into the lower tier and wondering what I can do about it. In the case of the bottom step it appears that the answer is very little - even after building it up a bit it still has an interesting off-vertical slant. As does the slab immediately alongside it... I'm just going to tell everyone it is to reduce the gardens radar cross section and ignore it some more I think.....

My recent brush with ASD has led me to reassess some of the events relating to relationships (and attempts at) in the past. In particular we're finding that I don't do non veral communication very well which means I may not have got some "subtle hints" that were given me. One is very happy with the position one finds oneself in now but it's been a bit of a shock to discover I've probably got something that has coloured my life so much.
