Today out of curiosity I downloaded the free beat-em-up game 'Mugen' onto my PC with all the Transformers characters. I'm sure the novelty will wear off quickly, but for zero pounds and zero pence it's diverting to have Sideswipe beat up Overlord, or have Soundwave launch all his cassettes against Dai-Atlas and Victory Saber while Shockwave looks on.

I downloaded this and it's quite good fun. Shame the characters are too big for the screen You need to change your screen size to 1280x1024 in Windows and edit mugen.cfg accordingly. Then when you power up to God Ginrai, Victory Saber, big Fort Max/Scorponok, etc. in the game, their heads don't go off the top of the screen. Optimus Prime can summon not only Roller but also his Combat Deck which launches an awesome barrage of missiles. Martin |
