Hmm. I cannot determine if you are are laughing at the price, or at the seller's complete lack of observational skills, in that (a) the Devastator parts he lists in the description are not included in these toys and (b) they are not Generation 2. Would anyone like to send him a message pointing out these facts, to see what his reply is?

Where did people get the bits to make the Yellow Devastator anyway?

They were released again in yellow in Generation 2, this time with the parts. The toys are actually different; the Generation 2 toys have the Decepticon badge and name printed on them. (Obviously, the earlier European yellow release didn't have this.)

Cheers Nigel. Didn't know that. Never saw them in the shops with the parts needed.

Wow. 9 Micromaster bases, some with boxes, for 110 quid? Not bad at all. 50 quid shipping? Never mind.

I know, it's not really lunacy, but when are you ever likely to get that line used in a TF fashion!!
You raise a good point though, what the hell has happened to US postage lately? It's went through the roof.

I did read some comments on boards last year that US postage prices were due for a hike in early 2009 so perhaps that has something to do with it?

It's a brutal hike but Ralph. They've pretty much trebled overall at the least.

eBay did something particularly silly with their payment system, I believe. According to a chap who asked for $18 to ship a Shockwave barrel to me, eBay US has a strict policy where if a buyer claims they didn't receive an item, unless the seller can produce a tracking number they will refund the buyer's money out of the seller's Paypal account automatically. Needless to say, sellers are keen to avoid this and international shipping with tracking is helluva expensive. In other news, I knew the Seacons were worth a fair bit but I wasn't expecting this: 33 quid (at last check) for a combiner limb?-Nick

It's not just eBay US. I fell foul of it once. It's b****y annoying, because I always have proof of postage.

I never realised the inner robot was so... tiny! Does that mean Bludgeon's the same size on the inside?

Yeah they are minibot sized That, I never knew! Awww. Now, I'm tempted to track down a mini Bludgeon and Co. I've always gone by their appearances in the comics... they seemed... larger.
