I wonder if they've looked at making the clearance fee a percentage of the value instead of a flat rate. With a cap. I'm sure they could work that to get the same income but make it fairer on smaller value parcels.

Forget I said anything... just checked the exchange rate Paypal used and it results in same as above. Could have been pre-tax I saw as Japan VAT is 8%?
This is what happens when you try to pay for expensive TFs when the wife is hovering over your shoulder!

Being in pounds should be easier... so 20% plus £8? £32ish? unless you get hit for the higher clearance fee which seems to be becoming worryingly common now.
